Return & Refunds

1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, feel free to return it. Please contact us on support@watchesemporium.com to call a refund.
2. Our return and exchange policy extends for a generous 14 days from the date of order delivery.
3. To return a product, please ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. you must cover the cost of return shipping.

4. You have 14 days from receiving the watch to return your order without explanation as long as:
   – All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
   – Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained.
